Troubleshooting glue dispensing issues on Haitian MA series plastic injection molding machines.

There are five main reasons why glue cannot be dispensed, along with specific troubleshooting steps.

1. The safety door is not closed.

  • Problem: The machine displays an error message during spraying if the door is not completely closed.

  • Troubleshooting: Close the safety door completely and turn off the error message before attempting the spraying operation again.

2. The injection signal is either absent or always present.

  • Software testing: Access the I/O Output page (F4)> F4) . Check the signal pins: 04 (Inject) and 05 (Inject Back). Perform a manual output to test the indicator lights on the motherboard.

  • Voltage check: Measure the valve output signal (pin D100 for injection and D101 for reverse injection). The standard voltage must be 24V.

  • Switching contacts (if faulty): If pin 04 is faulty, you can switch to the backup pin (e.g., pin 29) by going to page F6 and entering the password.1234 Press F3 to change the port address, then swap the corresponding signal wires on the motherboard.

3. Stuck fuel injector or pressure valve.

  • Check the coil: Use a multimeter to measure the resistance between the two terminals of the coil. The normal value is approximately 21 Ω . If there is no resistance or the value is too high, the coil needs to be replaced.

  • Inspect the valve body: Disassemble and clean the valve. Note: Remember the correct positions of the internal components when reassembling. If cleaning is ineffective, the valve needs to be replaced.

4. Low temperature or presence of foreign objects.

  • Temperature: Check the type of plastic being used and set the appropriate temperature on page F8 . Ensure a minimum heating time (usually 10 minutes or longer depending on the type of plastic) for the plastic to melt completely.

  • Foreign objects: If there is an unusual noise during spraying, there may be metal or foreign objects in the screw shaft. It needs to be disassembled for cleaning and removal of the foreign objects.

5. Worn screw shaft or missile head assembly

  • This is due to mechanical wear and tear after prolonged use. If the above steps are ineffective, the wear should be checked and the screw shaft or rocket head assembly replaced.
