1. How to reset the speaker ruler

Problem: When closing the mold, the machine reports an error indicating that the guide ruler is in the wrong position.

On-screen operations:

On the home screen, press F10 , then press F3 to enter the system settings page.

Enter password 66

Scroll down to the “Speaking Location” section, enter the number 1 , and press Enter (OK) .

The magnification value will reset to 0. Press F10 to return to the home screen and check the result.

2. How to reset the mold ruler

Preparation: Use the mold adjustment knob to fully close the mold.

Problem: After the mold has been fully closed, the position on the screen still doesn’t show 0 (there is still an error).

On-screen operations:

Similarly, go to page F3 and enter the password 66 .

Scroll down to the Eject Position section (this is the mold closing position).

Select number 1 and press Enter . The ruler will automatically reset to 0.

Press F10 to return to the home screen to confirm that the mold closing ruler has successfully reset to 0.

Resetting these gauges helps the machine correctly identify the origin point, thereby ensuring accurate mold opening and closing cycles and product ejection, avoiding unnecessary error warnings during operation.
