1. Rotate the stage.
-
Preparation: Move the scaffolding back to its final position.
-
Disassembly: Remove the plastic protective caps and hexagonal screws on the rail.
-
Secure the batten bar: Attach the batten bar to the rail and move the scaffolding close to the batten bar to secure its position.
-
Disconnect: Remove the protective cover, sensor, and the screws securing the drum and cylinder.
-
Operation: Turn on the rotating truss function on the control panel and press the button to rotate.
2. Replace the screw shaft.
-
Heat preparation: Turn off heating elements 1 and 2, wait for it to cool down, then remove the heating ring.
-
Removing the screw shaft: Remove the flange bolts in sequence, then remove the screw shaft tail and pull the screw shaft out.
-
Installing a new screw shaft: Thoroughly clean and apply heat-resistant copper grease to the threaded ends. Then reassemble the flange, heating ring, and secure the mounting bracket.
3. Center the spray nozzle.
-
Use calipers or a specialized measuring device to check the concentricity between the nozzle and the mold center hole.
-
Adjust the alignment bolts at the base of the truss until the required accuracy is achieved.
Note: Always ensure workplace safety, wear heat-resistant gloves, and disconnect the power supply when necessary during maintenance.
