Instructions for installing the screw shaft into the barrel of the Haitian MA series puller.

1. Prepare the components.

The parts that need to be prepared include:

  • Screw and Barrel.

  • Screw tip, collar seat, screw collar.

  • Nozzle, Front Barrel.

  • Hexagon bolts, hexagon plugs, and heat-resistant grease.

2. Install the three-piece screw head assembly.

  • Assembly order: Assemble the push ring, retaining ring, and screw head together.

  • Important note: The collar seat must be installed correctly to ensure a tight seal and prevent backflow. There are two standards: standard (angled) and flat, depending on the type of machine.

3. Install the screw input assembly.

  • Apply heat-resistant grease to the threads of the screw head.

  • Screw the head assembly onto the screw shaft counterclockwise and tighten with a specialized wrench.

4. Install the auxiliary parts on the puller barrel.

  • Wrap heat-resistant Teflon tape around the hexagonal plugs and insert them into the holes on the puller barrel.

  • Clean the contact surfaces between the drumstick and the drumstick cutting board thoroughly.

  • Apply high-temperature grease to all flange tightening bolts.

5. Install the front barrel.

  • Attach the puller chuck plate to the puller head and tighten the bolts by hand first.

  • Tightening rule: Tighten bolts diagonally to ensure even pressure across the contact surfaces.

6. Completion

  • Insert the entire screw shaft, with the head attached, into the puller barrel from the rear end.

  • Apply heat-resistant grease and attach the nozzle to the puller barrel, then tighten it securely with a specialized wrench.

Adhering to the correct installation procedures and using heat-resistant grease will ensure stable machine operation and easy disassembly during subsequent maintenance.
