1. Remove and inspect the control board.
-
Open the electrical cabinet: Open the protective box and disconnect the signal connectors attached to the AK668 (or equivalent) circuit board.
-
Cleaning: Use a brush and compressed air to remove dust and dirt from the circuit board before in-depth testing.
2. Circuit board repair process
-
Identify the faulty component: Measure and test the output signal control system for heating section 4. The fault is usually in the small signal switching components on the circuit.
-
Replacing components: * Use a heat gun and soldering iron to remove the damaged component.
-
Clean the solder joints thoroughly using flux or specialized circuit cleaning fluid.
-
Solder the new components into the correct positions, ensuring a secure solder joint with no short circuits.
-
3. Install and reconnect.
-
Installing the circuit board: Place the circuit board back in its original position and tighten the retaining screws.
-
Wiring: Reconnect all signal jacks. Pay particular attention to checking the heating control signal wires (section 4) to ensure good contact.
4. Operational testing
-
Turn on the machine and observe the display on the control panel.
-
Check the signal output status at the heating page. If the error has been corrected, the temperature of section 4 will begin to rise and display a normal operating status.
Repairing circuit boards requires precise soldering skills. If you are not confident, you should contact the technical department for professional replacement or repair assistance.
