1. Exterior and mechanical maintenance
-
General inspection: Visually inspect the machine for any unusual signs such as oil leaks or strange noises coming from the puller barrel and screw shaft.
-
Lubrication and oil filtration system: * Check engine oil and lubricating oil levels.
-
Observe the oil filter pressure gauge; if the needle points to the red mark, the oil filter needs to be replaced immediately.
-
-
Glue dispensing unit: Clean the nozzle, heating ring, temperature sensor, and check the screw connections.
-
Leveling the machine: Check the balance of the machine frame and adjust the feet if the machine is unbalanced.
2. Electrical system maintenance
-
Safety: Always turn off the power before cleaning the inside of the electrical cabinet.
-
Cleaning the electrical cabinet: * Use an air hose to clean the ventilation fan and the inside of the cabinet. Note: Ensure all moisture is expelled from the air hose before blowing air onto the electrical circuits to avoid short circuits and fires.
-
Wipe clean with a dry cloth after blowing away the dust.
-
-
Check connections: Manually inspect the tightness of electrical connections, valve connectors, and any wires connected by the customer.
-
Voltage measurement: Use a multimeter to check the 380V, 220V, and 24V power levels to ensure stability.
3. Operational testing and finalization
-
Motor: Remove the protective cover to check for oil leaks and listen for unusual noises when the motor is running.
-
Safety system: Check the emergency stop buttons and door limit switches.
-
Additional lubrication: Apply grease to the joints and bearings.
-
Grounding: Inspect the grounding wire to ensure electrical safety for the operator.
Finally, after a final general check, the technician will affix a maintenance sticker to the machine to confirm the completion of the process.
