Maintenance, cleaning, and cooling instructions for Haitian MA series plastic injection molding machines.

1. Maintenance of fan systems and electrical cabinets.

  • Check ventilation: Ensure that the ventilation vents in the electrical cabinet are not clogged with dust, which could obstruct heat dissipation.

  • Check operation: Use a small piece of paper placed in front of the fan to confirm that the fan is running properly.

  • Cleaning: Regularly remove and clean the dust filter to improve airflow.

2. Control oil and cooler temperatures.

  • Temperature standard: Keep the oil temperature from exceeding 55°C . If the temperature is too high, the oil cooler should be checked immediately.

  • Water line inspection: * Check for pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the water circulation system.

    • Clean the oil cooler and check the return water line for blockages or insufficient flow.

3. Notes regarding the Servo system

  • Condensation: Avoid using excessively cold coolant (large temperature difference) as this can cause condensation on the drive, leading to damage to the servo controller.

  • Check the valve: When in the open position, check if the water valve is stuck to ensure the machine can cool down properly.

Following these maintenance steps correctly will help the machine operate reliably and avoid sudden shutdowns due to overheating.
