On July 15th, the Haitian Vietnam PET Industry Application Exhibition took place at the showroom in Long An.

The solution utilizes PET-CR-8863 material and a 72-cavity mold. With a product weight of 12.5 g and a molding cycle of just 9 seconds, the system can produce approximately 480 bottle preforms per minute.
High productivity helps businesses improve their ability to fulfill large orders, especially in the context of continuously growing packaging demand in Vietnam. The solution received significant interest from attending customers.
However, high speed is not the only factor determining production efficiency. For stable operation over the long term, the equipment must also ensure precise control and maintain consistent product quality.

Specialized PET machine – Ensuring consistent quality of cosmetic bottle preforms.
For the cosmetic packaging industry, the quality and stability of bottle preforms are crucial requirements. At the exhibition, Haitian International introduced the specialized PET HA3000/2250PET-C machine.
The solution utilizes PET-CR-8863 material, simultaneously producing 12 bottle preforms with dimensions of 173 × 37 mm. Each product weighs 68 g and the molding cycle is 54 seconds.
For thick-walled bottle preforms, the molding process often requires a higher level of control. The HA PET specialized machine is optimally designed based on the characteristics of PET material, ensuring stable control of all stages from plasticization and injection to molding.
As a result, the solution helps businesses improve product consistency and increase reliability in the production process.
The transparent bottle blanks displayed at the event are the result of a combination of equipment, materials, and molding technology. For Vietnamese packaging businesses, the ability to maintain consistent quality is increasingly becoming a crucial factor in enhancing competitiveness.
PET plastic cup manufacturing – Balancing quality, productivity, and cost.
PET plastic cups are becoming increasingly popular in beverage and food service packaging applications. As market demand increases, manufacturers are not only concerned with product quality but also paying more attention to productivity and operating costs.
At the exhibition, Haitian Vietnam introduced the HA2600/1000PET-B specialized PET machine solution for producing high-quality PET plastic cups.
The solution uses PET-CR-8863 material, with 2 cavities. The product measures 95 × 75 mm, weighs 67 g, and has a molding cycle of 32 seconds.
This solution effectively balances product quality, productivity, and energy consumption. The molded products have clear lines and high transparency. Simultaneously, the specialized PET solution optimizes energy consumption and reduces production costs per product.
The transparent PET plastic cup samples at the event attracted the attention of many customers, directly demonstrating the application potential of the solution in the consumer goods sector.

After a day of technology exchange and demonstrations, the Haitian Vietnam PET Plastics Industry Application Exhibition has come to a close.
