In the live demonstration, the Haitian MA3800VF/2330PRO turned its technical advantages into a tangible production showcase—producing 130 g PP round containers with a 2-cavity mold in a fast 7-second cycle. Integrated with an automated handling system, the setup ensured smooth and continuous production throughout the show.

This “packaging powerhouse” stands out with four core strengths — Fast, Strong, Stable, and Smart.With an injection speed of up to 800 mm/s, it gives manufacturers a clear edge in high-output, short-cycle production. The FEM-optimized platen structure and V-type toggle design ensure durability and long-term stability for large-volume manufacturing, extending mold life and reducing hidden costs. Haitian JU Series Two-Platen Machine Enables One-Step Molding — A Dual Leap in Sustainability and Efficiency

Focusing on the automotive industry’s demand for greener production and process simplification, the Haitian JU6500V-2250 showcased an innovative one-step molding solution for exterior parts. By combining recycled materials with pre-decorated, paint-free film inserts, it opens a new path toward achieving both sustainability and efficiency in automotive exterior manufacturing.

In the live demonstration, the Haitian JU6500V-2250 used recycled polypropylene material and applied paint-free one-step molding technology to produce a 450 g automotive fender component within a 70-second cycle — showcasing a truly green and efficient production process.

In this demonstration, the preformed decorative film was placed directly into the mold and integrally molded with the recycled material during injection — eliminating traditional steps such as transfer, painting, and trimming. The molded parts came out with a high-quality decorative surface that met assembly standards right away — “ready to use out of the mold.” This simplified the production process, significantly improved efficiency, and reduced material waste and cycle time, all while ensuring premium surface quality.

The entire process, from film loading to part removal, was fully automated with Haitian Smart Solutions’ turnkey automation system. It was also equipped with the Go Factory system for real-time production monitoring and management. Meanwhile, the integrated HT·XTEND Inject function continuously optimized the molding process, ensuring stable product quality even when using recycled materials. Under the efficient operation of the JU fifth-generation machines, chairs are precisely formed, smoothly demolded, and produced like flowing water.

After a year of use and precise testing, Yang Moulu from Blue Sky told us, “For a chair weighing 1,300 grams, it used to take 66 seconds to produce with a third-generation machine, but the JU fifth-generation machine can achieve a production cycle of about45 seconds.”

This reduction of 21 seconds significantly improves production efficiency, showcasing the fifth-generation injection molding machine’s precise control over time costs and extreme pursuit, bringing substantial benefits to Blue Sky.

Equally impressive is the excellent energy-saving performance of Haitian’s fifth-generation injection molding machines. With the same screw and clamping force tonnage, strict energy consumption comparison tests show that the fifth-generation machines are 24% more energy-efficient than the third-generation machines. This figure is not only a leap in technology but also a responsibility and contribution to the environment.

JU88000: Successful Delivery and Assembly in France

Recently, the two-platen Haitian Jupiter 88000, a superlative injection molding machine, was officially delivered to France. After the handover ceremony in October 2023 in Ningbo, China, the machine successfully arrived in France in August 2024 after months of careful planning and international logistics and was smoothly installed and commissioned at the BELLI factory.

The Haitian JU88000 is the result of the know-how and hard work of Haitian engineers at every stage of development, from design to production. With its impressive clamping force of 88,000 kN and an injection capacity of 134,000 cubic centimeters, it sets a new record in the injection molding machine industry and marks a significant breakthrough in injection technology in large-scale machine manufacturing.

The massive transportation operation, included 17 trucks delivering the machine and peripherals parts weighing a total of 800 tons. It is also the first time that such a large-scale machine has been shipped from China to a European industrialized country, significantly enhancing China’s competitiveness in high-end markets and marking a new milestone for Haitian manufacturing on a global scale.

The Transoceanic Journey of the Haitian JU8800T Ultra-Large Injection Molding Machine

The Haitian team faced the challenges of transporting equipment over long distances and with high weight through different countries and made tremendous efforts to ensure the safe and smooth arrival of this “giant”. The transportation required a tailor-made sea freight plan and careful planning and execution of every detail of the cross-border transport.

Assembly and installation on site

Upon arrival in France, Haitian’s technical team from Germany, Serbia, China and SAS Haitian France immediately began the intensive assembly and commissioning work. From disassembly to assembly and installation, every step was carried out with the utmost care and precision.

With 9 engineers working continuously for 5 weeks, the Haitian JU88000 was successfully installed and is now ready for operation at the BELLI plant of Nurieux (01 FRANCE) increasing his capacity to produce packaging, houseware and garden/house environment goods. Throughout the process, the Haitian team was in close contact and collaboration with the French customer to share this important moment of delivery.

On-site, Zhafir Plastics Machinery displayed a range of specialized solutions designed to meet the diversified requirements of the medical industry.

Notably, the all-electric VE1200V-210hs with the medical package, is designed for cleanroom production standards in the medical sector. Featuring a unique medical color scheme, anti-static paint, and a suspended tie-bar design etc., it meets international standards by offering enhanced resistance to dust and oil pollution and operating with reduced noise levels.

The live demonstration featured a 4-cavity medical syringe barrel production using Tritan copolyester, with product weight of 3.2g and an impressively quick cycle time of just 18 seconds.

Additionally, the electric ZE1900V-300h machine with hydraulic integration offers a flexible and efficient alternative for the medical industry. Utilizing stack mold technology, the solution enhances productivity per area. In parallel, Zhafir’s precise control and molding technologies also support to meet with the strict dimensions and accuracy requirements for medical parts manufacturing.

The live demonstration integrates an 8×8 cavity stack mold, showcasing the medical IV filters production. The products, made from AS material, with part weight of 1.5g and 2.2g respectively, are produced with a cycle time of 18 seconds.

For both medical applications, Zhafir offers production management & information for traceability of production data and quality of medical products.

Haitian JU33000M Multi-component Rotary Table Injection Molding Machine Successfully Delivered

On May 9th, the official acceptance of the JU33000M multi-component rotary table injection molding machine took place, marking a significant milestone for Haitian International. This multi machine sets a global record with its 33,000kN clamping force, 3.1-meter maximum turntable diameter, and 28-ton maximum load capacity. This marks a new milestone in Haitian’s technical and manufacturing capabilities.

Attending the delivery ceremony were Zhang Bin, Executive Vice President of Haitian Group; Sun Yubao, General Manager of Anhui Wuhu Anrui Optoelectronics; Cheng Dongfeng, General Manager of Chongqing Anrui Optoelectronics; Gao Jielin, Vice General Manager of Haitian Plastics Machinery Multi-Component Product Line; Shao Chunlei, Purchasing Director of Anhui Wuhu Anrui Optoelectronics; Dai Guoping, Manager of Haitian Plastics Machinery Product Development Department; and other executives from both sides.

During the event, leaders from both sides visited the Jiangnan Road Plant of Haitian Plastics Machinery and witnessed the official machine acceptance, which was completed by Zhang Bin, Executive Vice President of Haitian Group, and Sun Yubao, General Manager of Anhui Wuhu Anrui Optoelectronics, on behalf of their respective sides.

An inhouse developed vertical dual-cylinder injection structure not only provides high injection pressure but also allows a 710mm center distance in parallel arrangement, meeting the production needs of full-width strip taillight.

On April 26th, the long-anticipated CHINAPLAS 2024 concluded successfully at the Shanghai National Exhibition and Convention Center. This exhibition was unprecedented in scale, covering a total area of 380,000 square meters. Moreover, the number of visitors from home and abroad broke historical records as well. With the number of exhibitors climbing historically to 4,420, global top-tier intelligent achievements were showcased.

During the four-day event, Haitian International focused on the rubber and plastics industry trends of high-end, intelligent, and green development, presented four industry-driven solutions. Leading technologies of efficiency and diverse application scenarios precisely responded to customer needs and market changes, creating a highly energetic atmosphere, with excitement continuously rising.

Among them, Haitian International’s brand-new fifth-generation products—VE600V-80h, VE1900V-430h, JU5500V/3450, MA2100F/580—all made their debut, presenting dedicated solutions for optics, medical, automotive, and packaging industries respectively.
